From now on, everyone can track the availability of medicines and medical devices purchased by the State Enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine" in hospitals that are recipients where they were delivered.
In the chatbot use go to the section “Expected deliveries and stocks” ➡️ “Stocks” and enter the INN of the medicine you are interested in.
We encourage patients to actively use this feature and monitor the availability of the medicines in their region and in the hospital. Especially if you are denied with treatment. With this information, patients will be able to better protect their rights for free medicines and treatment.
SE "Medical Procurement of Ukraine" recently launched its own chatbot in Telegram. With its help one can find information on the medicines and medical products which were procured by the State Enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine": quantities, status of the procurement procedures,planned schedule of deliveries to Ukraine, etc. Also, the stock of each medicine in the region and in the hospitals.
We are grateful to our IT team for adding such a necessary feature to the chatbot. Together we work to make information about the medicines and expected deliveries available to everyone: patients and their relatives, doctors, NGOs, journalists, etc.
