Logistics. Suppliers contracted by the SE “MPU” made 35 deliveries of medicines and medical devices in the amount of UAH 528 million. Overall, for the state programmes 2020 we received 310 deliveries for the overall sum of UAH 3,77 bln. This is 76% of the items procured under the 2020 budget programs. Medicines and medical devices worth about UAH 3.1 billion were delivered to regional health departments and health care facilities.
- SE "MPU" received 100% of the medicines and medical devices for such areas as ART, mass screening of newborns, cerebral palsy, children haemophilia, multiple sclerosis, assisted reproductive technologies, emergency medical care for bleeding.
- Medicines and medical devices worth about UAH 3.1 billion were delivered to regional health departments and health care facilities, including 100% of the medicines procured for the ART in 2020.
- All 161 computed tomography (CT) scans were delivered to health care facilities. A total of 59 CTs were put into operation. As the hospitals prepare the premises for the CT scans, manufacturers put equipment into operation.
- Also in May, specialists of the State Enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine" received 302 ambulances out of 416 purchased. All ambulances have already been delivered to the regions.
- As of end of May SE “MPU” received 1 213 316 doses of the CoronaVac coronavirus vaccine. All quantity was already delivered to the regions as per the Orders of the MoH on distribution.
Anti-corruption activities and compliance. Qualification of 38 new suppliers in 24 procurement procedures took place. Qualification of 88 new suppliers for the medical catalogues of the Prozorro Market has been carried out. The team started to take steps towards the procedure of certification of the anticorruption activities of the SE "MPU" in line with the international standards.
Procurement procedures 2021.

As of the end of May, 312 tenders were announced on Prozorro as per 16 areas. This is the procurement of 468 INNs from 517. We continue to coordinate with the MoH the documents for such areas as juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, as well as some documents for the pulmonary arterial hypertension.

On June 1st, the first auction of the 2021 year was conducted. It covered all INNs for Substitution maintenance therapy. Savings on this program (calculated from the budget passport amount) amounted to UAH 7,499,129.10 (34.72%). Legal work.
- The Kyiv District Administrative Court upheld two lawsuits filed by SE "Medical Procurement of Ukraine" against the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU). Both of them were filed in order to recognize as illegal and cancel two decisions of the AMCU dated 07.12.2020. The decisions of the AMCU concerned the procurement procedures for stationary angiographic X-ray systems. We are waiting for the court's decision on the third statement of claim, which challenges the third decision of the AMCU regarding the same procedures.
Development of the Prozorro Market.
- Our commercial department, which is responsible for administering the medical part of the e-catalogues in Prozorro Market, completed 166 agreements for the total amount of UAH 1,5 mln. 97 public customers used e-catalogue last month.
IT technologies.

In May, we updated the functionality of our Telegram bot. Now it shows medicines stock not only by region but also in each hospital. The SE "MPU" launched a Telegram bot last month. With its help, users can find out what medicines and medical devices and in what quantity are purchased by the State Enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine", the status of procurement procedures, the planned schedule of deliveries to Ukraine and actual delivery dates to regions, residues for each medicine, etc.
Strengthening of our team. In May, 3 specialists joined the the team of the SE "Medical Procurement of Ukraine". Currently our team consists of 84 specialists.
