Information about currency of price in commercial offer |
The currency of the commercial offer is hryvnia. (UAH). The offer price of the resident participant is formed on the basis of the DAP delivery basis (Incoterms-2020) taking into account all costs, taxes and fees to be paid and all other costs associated with the supply of goods. The participant takes on its own expenses all the costs for obtaining the necessary permits and licenses. Non-resident participants can determine the offer price on the terms of delivery DAP (Incoterms-2020) in US dollars (USD, currency code 840) or Euro (EUR, currency code 978). |

Information about language (languages) of tender offer |
All documents related to the offer and prepared directly by the bidder must be drawn up in Ukrainian, and documents issued by other institutions may be submitted by the bidder as part of the bid in Ukrainian or another language. If the offer includes a document drawn up in language other than Ukrainian, the bidder must provide an authentic translation of such a document into Ukrainian. The text in Ukrainian is decisive. The translation must be signed or certified by a person authorized to sign the offer and may be certified by the participant's seal, if used.

A bidder whose products meet the required characteristics listed in the relevant Annex 1 and who will provide the documents listed in Annexes 2, 2a and 2b, and whose commercial offer will be the most cost-effective will be invited to participate in the negotiation procedure. Аdditionally, we would like to inform you that the bidder, who will be determined as the winner of the negotiated procurement procedure, must provide SE “MPU” with documents confirming the absence of grounds specified in paragraphs 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 12 and 13 of part one and part two of Article 17 Of the Law.
