Logistics. In September, MPU received 11 deliveries of medicines and medical devices, procured in 2020. Delivered items amounted UAH 97,4 mln. Since the beginning of the year, the SE "MPU" has received 401 deliveries which it procured under the centralized programs of the Ministry of Health in 2020, with a total value of UAH 4.56 bln or 98% of all purchased goods.
- Regional departments and health facilities received UAH 4,3 bln worth of medicines and medical items. This is 92,4% of all goods, purchased in 2020. Some of the hospitals postpone their deliveries or refuse to receive some of the medicines.
- In September we received the first batch (6250 pcs) of the PCR sets for identifying SARS-CoV-2.
- We delivered to the regions 2784 vials of Tocilizumab, which is used to treat severely ill patients with COVID-19.
- MPU continues to receive goods purchased centrally in 2021. As of the end of September, deliveries in the amount of UAH 55.6 million were received.
Anti-corruption activities and compliance. 19 unique suppliers in 48 procedures were assessed and qualified. 63 winners of the negotiation procedures and 31 winners of the procurement procedures were qualified for concluding contracts. Three winners of the procedures were disqualified due to discrepancy in the provided documents.
Procurement procedures 2021. As of the end of September, contracts were concluded for the purchase of 301 INNs amounted of UAH 1,97 bln within the centralized procurement of 2021. 19 agreements are in the process of being concluded, 254 positions are in the procurement pipeline.
SE "MPU" concluded agreements for the procurement of 622 ambulances. On the procedures we managed to save UAH 346 mln of the taxpayers' money.
We proceed with the procurement of 24 angiorgafs, in the announcing process there are 30 systems of endoscopic imaging and equipment for neonatal screening of newborns in the laboratories. The newly purchased equipment will give the possibility to carry out advanced neonatal screening of the 21st diseases in order to identify congenital or hereditary diseases in newborns.
New technologies. In September we added the possibility to track the planned dates of deliveries to Ukraine into our public data instruments. This data can we checked through our chat-bot in Telegram or in our BI system. (UKR only).
Customer service. SE "MPU" on the constant basis communicates with the patients, their relatives, organisations and medical community. We analize the requests of our clients and try to improve our services, accordingly.
