They can procure only through the mechanism of simplified procedure or e-catalog, which is a much faster and more convenient tool. Restrictions that allowed procurement in Prozorro Market only up to UAH 200,000 have disappeared. So now more and more public customers are using e-catalogs", - mentioned Vitalis Ovsyannikov.
