State Enterprise “Medical Procurement of Ukraine” (SE “MPU”) invites to the meeting “Public procurement in healthcare in 2021: organization and conduct of the procedures”. The event is organized within the market consultations performed by the SE “MPU”*.
It aims to provide suppliers with the detailed information on the centralized public procurement of medicines and medical devices through the SE “MPU” with public funds in 2021.
The presentation will take place on March 25, from 10.00 to 12.30. Due to the strict restriction measures, that will be applied in Kyiv starting from March 20 and which are connected with the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, the event will take place only in online format.

The following questions are planned to be highlighted:
- Results of the procurement of medicines and medical devices in 2020 by the SE “MPU”;
- Procurement of medicines and medical devices in 2021 by the SE “MPU” within 19 areas attributed from the Ministry of Healthcare: planning and conduction of the procedures, contracting and payments;
- Execution of the contracts and reporting;
- Peculiarities of conducting the procedures in the areas of ART and treatment of tuberculosis.
During an online event, simultaneous translation will be provided. All documents will be duplicated in English.

*The right of the organizer of the procedures to conduct such consultations is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement". The implementation of the provisions of the Law are envisaged in the Procedures for conducting preliminary market consultations before announcing procurement procedures, which is Annex № 1 to the Standard Operating Procedure "Organization and conduct of procurement procedures", approved with the order of SE "Medical Procurement of Ukraine" from 12.12.2019 № 112 (with amendments).
