All appeals in the confidential manner are reviewed by the personnel of the our Anti-Corruption and Compliance Unit. This unit functions in the SE "MPU" according to the Law of Ukraine "On preventing corruption".
Anti-Corruption and Compliance Unit coordinates compliance with the anti-corruption legislation by the staff of the agency in ongoing work and cooperation with the suppliers, arranges internal assessments, holds educational sessions, provides verification of the MPU's suppliers and integrity checks of the candidates for the vacant positions in the company.
