"Transparent procurement and compliance with the principle of zero tolerance for corruption are key priorities for the MPU team. Therefore, we are always open and encourage our partners to report possible violations of our anti-corruption and compliance ethics. Previously, it could be done by applying to a special email or hotline. The compliance control system automates this process. In addition, it is reliable and safe for those who want to leave a message", explains Dmytro Bigunets, Deputy General Manager on Anti-Corruption and Compliance.
To leave a message, use the link and follow the instructions. In particular, the system will ask you to choose the level of confidentiality, indicate the place of the event, describe what happened, name relevant persons, etc. After giving all the necessary information and sending the request, your report will receive a unique code that you will see on the screen. With the help of the code, you can follow the status of its consideration by clicking on the button "Verify my reports" on the main page.
After your application has been processed, the system will inform you about the results of the review via the email address. This process lasts up to 30 working days, depending on the type of application.
