Following the Order of the Ministry of Health (MOH) of Ukraine №1093 of June 2, 2021, such areas as "Medicines for antiretroviral therapy of adults, adolescents and children" (ARV therapy) and "Medicines for the treatment of tuberculosis" (tuberculosis) were returned under the scope of procurement done by the State Enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine" in 2021.
We started announcing of the procedures for ARV yesterday. Actual information on the tender procedures can be found on our dashboards.
The previous order of the MoH dated April 20, 2021 №768, which excluded these areas from the scope of procurement of the State Enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine", is considered invalid.

As of June 8 we received 100% of the medicines procured by the SE “MPU” in 2020 for the ARV. All of these medicines had already been delivered to the regions. Deliveries took place within several months from the moment the agreements were concluded.
