The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has announced the start of competitive selection of independent members of the Supervisory Board of the State Enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine". The list of documents that must be submitted to participate in the competition and the requirements for candidates for positions are available here. The deadline for submission of documents is 18:00 (Kyiv time) on August 30, 2021.

It is worth to be recalled that according to the results of the financial statements of 2020, the SE "MPU" was included in the category of "enterprises especially important for the economy". According to the financial statements, the value of the company's assets at the end of 2020 amounted to more than 2 billion hryvnias. Given this, selection for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board will be carried out by the Nomination Committee under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, following the procedure approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolutions №142 and №777.
On June 29, the Minister of Health Viktor Liashko signed an order announcing a competitive selection of candidates for 5 positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of the State Enterprise “Medical Procurement of Ukraine”.
On August 2, 2021, the Committee on Appointments of Heads of Particularly Important State Enterprises (Nomination Committee) of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a package of documents for announcing a competition for 5 vacant positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of SE "MPU". The competition is accompanied by an international recruitment company with the support of the international technical assistance project "Safe, Affordable and Effective Medicines for Ukrainians" USAID Ukraine SAFEMed.
Based on the results of the competition, the composition of the selected Supervisory Board will be approved by the Nomination Committee.
