MPU has launched a calendar with the timing of the start of procurement procedures

The Medical Procurement of Ukraine (MPU) has launched a calendar that includes the announcement dates of each procurement procedure.

It is available at the following link: https://bit.ly/3rloytR

This tool allows you to find out the planned announcement dates for the goods that the MPU will be purchasing this year. Additionally, the calendar allows you to view the already announced positions and shows the status of each announced procurement procedure.

The calendar includes a link to the Prozorro electronic system, which the MPU directly uses for centralized procurement. This allows suppliers to conveniently navigate and participate in a tender if it has already been announced.

The tool allows you to filter positions by area and procurement status, or search for each item individually using the search function.

Suppliers can also subscribe to updates on the status of positions that interest them, and the system will automatically notify them of any changes in the procurement status via email.

"By using the procurement announcement calendar, suppliers can plan their interaction with the Medical Procurement of Ukraine more effectively. Often, we encounter issues when participants in the procedures fail to upload the required documents in a timely manner, such as those needed for tender participation or documents from the winning bidder. By understanding when the MPU team plans to announce the procurement of specific goods, suppliers will approach the preparation phase in a more systematic manner. This will result in faster and more efficient procurement of medicines and medical products," says Mariia Morozova, the Head of the Category Management Department of the MPU.
