Logistics. In November, the State Enterprise “MPU” received 123 deliveries of medicines and medical devices worth UAH 547.8 million, which were purchased under centralized procurement in 2021. So far, we have received 195 deliveries of goods purchased with funds in 2021, amounting to UAH 980 million.
99.9% of goods purchased in 2020 were delivered to the logistics partner of MPU. The total amount of medicines and medical supplies delivered to the warehouse, purchased at the expense of 2020, amounts to UAH 9.6 billion.
MPU delivered medicines and medical devices worth about UAH 9.4 billion to regional health departments and health care facilities. The final recipients have already received 98% of the medicines and medical supplies purchased at the expense of 2020.
Anti-corruption activities and compliance. 59 unique suppliers in 67 procurement procedures were tested and qualified. 47 winners in negotiation procedures and 30 winners of procurement procedures for concluding contracts were qualified. 4 candidates for vacant positions were checked for integrity.
At the end of November, MPU began preparations for certification in accordance with the international standard for managing anti-corruption measures ISO 37001: 2016 (https://cutt.ly/hT7Vrdi)
Procurement Procedures 2021. As of the end of November, MPU has concluded procurement agreements for 488 INNs worth UAH 4.86 billion under centralized procurement in 2021. The savings amount to UAH 704 million from the prices at which the procedures for Prozorro were announced. In the process of concluding agreements - 26 positions, procedures for another 71 positions are underway.
The procedure for purchasing equipment for neonatal screening laboratories is underway. This will detect up to 21 congenital or hereditary diseases in newborns.
Contracting of suppliers for the purchase of oxygen stations continues.
CPA. In November, MPU held two online webinars for NGOs and departments and health care institutions on procurement through the State Enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine" as a centralized procurement agency (CPA).
From November 29 to December 10, applications were collected from customers for procurement through the CPA (https://cutt.ly/wT7VfGj).
Digitilazation. Last month, our IT specialists added to the Telegram-bot of the State Enterprise MPU - https://t.me/medpro_ukraine_bot - the function of searching by geolocation of the nearest vaccination points and available coronavirus vaccines.
With the help of information dashboards of MPU - https://bi.medzakupivli.com/ - you can check information on the availability of the vaccine in all vaccination points in Ukraine and the availability of tools to combat COVID-19 in health care facilities of the first and second wave.
Customer service. MPU is in constant contact with patients, their relatives, patient organizations, the medical community, etc. The organization of MPU`s advisory groups on nosologies is underway to increase the efficiency of procurement in proven areas.
