Market consultations are arranged with the potential participants of the procurement procedures before their launch. During the bilateral meetings SE “MPU” provides additional explanations regarding Ukraine’s procurement system, terms of cooperation, provisions of the procurement contract, anti corruption and compliance rules etc.
The right of the organizer of the procedures to conduct such consultations is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement". The implementation of the provisions of the Law are envisaged in the Procedures for conducting preliminary market consultations before announcing procurement procedures, which is Annex № 1 to the Standard Operating Procedure "Organization and conduct of procurement procedures", approved with the order of SE "MPU" from 12.12.2019 № 112 (with amendments).
In 2022, according to the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (MoH) №120 dated 19.01.2022, our team will procure medicines and medical devices for 30 programmes of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine.
